Senior Treasury Manager

Beacon Capital Partners is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to join their Treasury Operations & Cash Management team. This role will lead banking administration, cash management, and treasury operations across a complex commercial real estate investment platform. The Senior Treasury Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient cash movement, operational excellence, business continuity, and continuous process improvement while serving as a key partner to accounting and business stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all banking relationships and procedures including openings/closings, signer management, user access and support
  • Oversee wire transfers, ACH payments, and cash concentration activities
  • Evaluate treasury management systems and implement process improvements
  • Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal control documentation
  • Own the Quarterly Asset Management and cash processes, including triaging to the appropriate team members as needed
  • Work closely with the Controller to manage and rectify any escalations from the Treasury Team
  • Build and maintain strong cross departmental communications
  • Provide support to the accounting department

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of progressive treasury and cash management experience with strong hands-on operational involvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Masters preferred
  • Problem solver with the ability to identify risks, develop solutions, and drive process improvements
  • Strong understanding of cash management, debt administration, and treasury operations
  • Experience working with ERP and treasury management systems
  • Commercial real estate or multi-entity experience preferred
  • Ability to lead staff and offshore resources

Compensation:

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.
