Earn $41,000-$52,000 base salary plus uncapped commission while helping customers create their own backyard wellness retreat.

New England Spas is seeking a motivated Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, and closing sales. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a customer-focused environment, you’ll feel right at home here.

Primary work location is Warwick, RI. Occasional travel to Massachusetts locations may be required for training or business needs.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an engaging and consultative customer experience in the showroom environment
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Proactively follow up on leads and guide customers through the full sales lifecycle this includes:
  • Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and text messaging regarding leads, delivery updates, and ongoing water care support.
  • Help customers find the perfect wellness solution, from premium hot tubs and swim spas to saunas, cold plunge systems, and massage chairs.
  • Accurately complete sales documentation and upload required materials to company systems in a timely manner
  • Open and close the showroom according to schedule and company procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and career development
  • Support retail operations, including merchandising, inventory stocking, and showroom upkeep
  • Perform on-site visits to assess customer needs and ensure proper product fit and installation readiness

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent is required
  • Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach to consultative sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment delivering exceptional customer service
  • Willingness and ability to reliably commute between locations
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
