, ,Trail Ridge Power (TRP) works with national commercial and industrial real estate partners to create portfolio-wide energy transition solutions for their sustainability needs. We originate, design, develop, finance, own and operate renewable energy assets on a stand-alone basis but also in conjunction with energy efficiency technologies to help our partners reach their net-zero-carbon goals. These assets include solar generation, battery storage, fuel cells, building controls, and other cleantech offerings to provide on-premises or local generation solutions as well as a load control and curtailment. At Trail Ridge Power, the future of renewables is not just rooftop solar but looking at generation and consumption as inherently interconnected.
The Role: The Senior Administrative Assistant will report to the CEO and will provide support to the Executive Team. The position requires a professional who is experienced supporting senior leadership throughout distributed organizations. Knowledge and experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, aerospace, real estate or related industries is strongly preferred.
The Senior Administrative Assistant will be based in the Boulder, CO area with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Support various members of the Executive Team; including calendar management and correspondence with partners, customers and financial counterparties
- Prepare presentations, board packets, company overviews and proposals
- Manage and oversee the office in Boulder, CO
- Work with the Executive Team to host quarterly company in-person meetings
- Schedule and coordinate travel, mostly within the United States
- Provide sales support and communication with outside stakeholders through the use of social media posts, website updates, company email newsletters, and similar materials
- Prepare expense reports and oversee shipping and receiving of packages
- Other duties as assigned
You Bring:
- At least 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Marketing and sales support experience is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to be flexible as needed
- An understanding of the renewable energy sector particularly distributed generation with an interest in continued learning is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and experience working with remote teams
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in social media management as well as website hosting such as WordPress, is preferred
- Positive perspective for organization development and growth, with willingness to bring ideas for process formation in a growing renewable energy company
