Our Channel Sales Team in Cambridge, MA is responsible for the support of system integrators in the areas of retail, building management, transportation and more. The team is looking for a versatile problem-solver with a passion for taking care of, and responsibility for, a diverse portfolio of customers spread across North America. We are looking for an ambitious salesperson to propel our sales network expansion plans and continually develop and enable partners on an ongoing basis. Working closely with our Support Teams, you will excel in this role if you love using your social skills and experience to build professional and courteous customer relationships with different people and cultures.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult, support, and enable existing B2B partners with commercial and basic technical matters for an assigned geographical area
  • Travel activity of approx. 30%-35% both domestically and internationally
  • Drive, develop and lead an expansion into new markets and partnerships, with a high focus on growth development
  • Budgeting and Rolling Forecast
  • Scanning of market development, trends, and competition
  • Conduct annual contract negotiations with new and existing partners
  • Participate in international trade shows

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be located on the East Coast and proximity to a major airport
  • Proven track record as a Key Account Manager in the B2B sector
  • Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field
  • Technical training and further education related to electronics/computer science (IT)
  • Experience in working with system integrators or customer-frequency-analysis are a plus
  • Outgoing personality, commercial intelligence, and the ability for turning business relationships into revenue
  • Self-organized, accurate and solution-oriented way of working combined with working in a team environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage accounts and deliver presentations
